Information you choose to provide
An enquiry may include your name, contact details, postcode, property type, preferred contact time and information about the rooms, premises or equipment you want assessed. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive data.
How the quote form works
The website sends an enquiry securely to FLO Air Con and stores it in the website’s managed database so the team can respond. A confirmation reference is shown after a successful submission. Email and telephone remain available as alternative contact routes.
The supplied postcode may be checked using Postcodes.io and OpenStreetMap-based routing to estimate travel time from FLO Air Con. This is used to assess service-area coverage. The routing service receives geographic coordinates rather than the customer’s name, email address or telephone number.
Why the information is used

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
